Access is provided according to the person's role and requirements for delivering or managing the service.

6. WhatsApp and Telephone Communication

iSpine360 may use WhatsApp and telephone calls to communicate with you regarding your program, including tele-consultations and program-related support.

WhatsApp is used as a communication channel where required to provide the requested service. Information communicated through WhatsApp may therefore be processed by WhatsApp as part of its service.

iSpine360 will use WhatsApp communication for purposes connected with your iSpine360 account and program.

iSpine360 may contact you through email regarding:

• Assessment information
• Program activation
• Appointments
• Clinical support
• Program reminders
• Program-related updates
• Program completion
• Other information directly related to your iSpine360 service

Necessary service-related communication may still be sent where required to manage an existing account or service.

8. No Third-Party Advertising

iSpine360 does not display third-party advertisements within the iSpine360 web application.

We do not use your iSpine360 information to provide targeted third-party advertising through the web application.

iSpine360 takes reasonable measures to protect user information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or unauthorised disclosure.

User information is stored and managed using secure technology infrastructure and access controls. Access to user information is limited to authorised members of the iSpine360 team according to their role.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should not share their password or account access with anyone else.

iSpine360 retains account and program-related information for 12 months.

• Program activity

• Appointment and attendance information
• Uploaded clinical documents

After the applicable 12-month retention period, the information will be deleted, subject to any information that may be required to be retained under applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to iSpine360 is accurate and up to date.

You should not:

• Provide false information.
• Upload another person's documents without appropriate authorisation.
• Share your account credentials.
• Allow another person to access your account or program.

iSpine360 is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. All users should be treated with dignity, respect and fairness by members of the iSpine360 team.

iSpine360 does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, intimidation, abuse or inappropriate behaviour. The same standards apply to members of the iSpine360 team. Any inappropriate behaviour by a user or a team member will be taken seriously and appropriate action may be taken immediately.
